Who is responsible

Mriya, Ukrainian folk dance ensemble Basel, directed by Lesya Sutter. For any question about your data, reach us through the contact form on this website.

What we store

When you write to us through a form, we store what you send: name, email, phone if you give it, details about the event or the sign-up, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to plan the performance or rehearsal. We never pass them on and never send you advertising.

To keep the forms from being misused, we count for 24 hours how often a connection sends them. For that we do not store your IP address, only a one-way code made from it.

How long

Requests are deleted automatically, at the latest 12 months after they arrive. If you ask, we delete them straight away.

Where the data lives

The website runs on Cloudflare. The database with your requests is located in the European Union. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies for visitors and use no analytics or advertising services. The fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to Google or anyone else.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to us.
